With over 15 years of experience managing a wide range of organizations—from small startups to teams of 30+—Morgan brings deep insight into the challenges and opportunities that business owners face.
Holding a Bachelor of Science degree, Morgan blends analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to develop practical, results-driven strategies. Her science background provides her with a unique edge in designing systems that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and foster sustainable growth.
Passionate about supporting the local economy, empowering women, and championing working moms, Morgan founded Aubrey Rain Co. to make business ownership more manageable and more rewarding, especially for the Richmond community she calls home.
